Carbs per serve 3.3g
1 1/4 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons ghee melted
1 large egg
6 drops SweetLeaf stevia drops
In medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in ghee until mixture is crumbly.
Add in the egg and stevia drops. Stir until dough forms
Use a scoop to form biscuits into desired size.
Bake at 180C for about 15 minutes.
For a lighter biscuit, replace 1/4 cup of the almond flour with 1/4 cup coconut flour.
The flavor can be enhanced by adding in chopped herb. Cheese can also be added if you aren't following a dairy-free diet.
