Baked BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1kg pork ribs boneless
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Place ribs on prepared baking pan and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Bake at 180 for around 25-30 minutes or until pork is cooked thoroughly
