Rae's Biscuits

This is such a great biscuit and only 1.0 grams of carbs per biscuit

125 grams butter
2 cups of almond flour
1/3 cup all natural sweetener

Add lemon juice if you want a lemon taste biscuit

Melt butter add in flour and sugar 
Make into a rectangle and wrap with glad wrap
Place in freezer for about 15 mins
Take out and put on baking tray with baking paper and cut into cubes
Cook in oven 180 degrees for about 20 mins or until brown
Let rest for about 5 minutes or until they are hard
