Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 2 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 packs of Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl with whisk until smooth.
- Spread into bottom of loaf pan. Bake 15-18 min, let cool 5 min. Remove from pan and finish cooling.
