Ingredients: 

 

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 2 Tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 packs of Splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon



Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients in bowl with whisk until smooth.
  3. Spread into bottom of loaf pan. Bake 15-18 min, let cool 5 min. Remove from pan and finish cooling.
