Omelette with spinach and cheese

Serves 1 Carbs 2 grams


1 Egg

3 Egg whites

1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese

1 Tablespoon Cheddar cheese

¼ teaspoon salt

Pinch of pepper

I cup of baby spinach



Mix together egg and egg whites

Add both cheeses, salt, pepper and mix well

Heat frypan on medium heat, add a dash of oil to pan or butter

Add spinach and cook until wilted

Add the egg mixture and stir through the onion and spinach

The allow to set for 10 minutes, in the last minute flip one side of the omelette over the top of the other side
