Low Carb Ice Cream
Only has 5.3g of carbs per serve (can make less with less chocolate or a different cream)

Ingredients:
- 1 x 160ml Pauls Dollop Cream
- 1 x Atkin Chocolate Bar
Instructions:
- Break the chocolate up and place in a bowl
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave
- Quickly add the cream and stir immediately
- Place back into the cream container and freeze
