CHICKEN PATTIES

5  grams of carbs per serve

INGREDIENTS

500grams chicken mince

1 finely chopped medium brown onion

1/2 finely chopped red capsicum

1 finely chopped celery

1 tablespoon of freshly chopped coriander

1cm finely chopped ginger

1 finely chopped garlic

salt and pepper

6 servings

METHOD

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then mould into patties with your hands.

 

2. Place patties in a frying pan in melted butter and press down tops to flatten. Cook on a medium heat for around 10 minutes each side, or until the chicken is cooked in the middle of the patty.
