LOW-CARB SUSHI

Depending on vegetables used but can be very low carb - 10 sheets of Nori Sheets are only 1.3g of carbs

Ingredients

  • large nori sheets
  • salmon of choice
  • vegetable sticks
  • cream cheese full fat

METHOD

  1. Mix the cream cheese with a fork until soft. Add the salmon and stir through.
  2. Place the salmon cream cheese mixture along the nori sheet leaving a 1 inch strip at the end. Wet the strip of nori sheet with a little water to make it sticky.
  3. Place vegetable sticks along the centre and length of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll up firmly from the cream cheese end and enclose using the nori sticky strip.
  5. Leave on the chopping board while you are making the next sheet, then cut into small sushi rolls.
  6. Refrigerate.
