Beef Stew

Serving 6 – carbs per serving – 5.5 grams

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 kilo chuck stew meat

3 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 Tbsp almond flour

2 cups beef broth

2 Tbsp Dijon

250 grams mushrooms

1 Tbsp butter

1/4 cup dry red wine

 

METHOD

 

Dredge beef with flour. Sauté in hot oil in casserole dish with lid.

Add onions and cook until onions done and beef browned. Add broth and mustard. Simmer, partially covered for 2-3 hours until meat is tender
