Broccoli, Bacon & Egg Casserole

1 cup of broccoli cooked
4 rashers of bacon cut
1 onion diced
400 ml sour light cream
12 eggs
200 grams of light cheese
Salt and pepper

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Fry onion and bacon
Cook broccoli- steam or boil
Mix eggs, sour cream and salt and pepper in blender
Place half cheese in base of casserole dish
Then add cooked bacon, onion and broccoli
Add rest of cheese on top
Then add eggs and sour cream mixture
Cook in oven 180degrees for 45 -55 minutes until golden brown on the top

Approx 5grams of carbs per serve
