Katie's Busy Mum Lasange
1 kg mince
1/2 egg plant sliced
1 onion chopped
1 cup of broccoli
Handful of mushrooms
500 grams of frozen peas and corn
1 Jar of Dolmio Lasagne white sauce
1 Jar of Rauletto Sauce (or any brand)
You could make your own sauces but these were used as Katie is a very busy mum
Shake of mixed herbs
100 grams of Shredded Tasty Cheddar cheese
1.Fry mince, mushrooms, onion until brown.
2. Add broccoli, peas and corn,
3. Add Tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes
In large baking tray, cover bottom with meat sauce, add layer of egg plant slices and white sauce. Continue layers until top of baking tray.
Add cheese and herbs and pieces
Cook in 180 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes
Approx 7.73 grams per serving
