Low Carb Sticky Chicken

1 whole roasting chicken, rinsed
1 Tblsp organic expeller pressed coconut oil*
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp cayenne powder (or less)
Turn crockpot on high and cover with lid. 

Rinse and pat dry. Rub chicken with coconut oil. 
In small bowl combine seasonings and cover chicken. 
Place in crockpot and cook on low for 10 hours. Chicken will be falling off the bone and amazingly tender! Like "butter"!!
