Scallops with Ginger Sauce

INGREDIENTS

12 Scallops

1 cup heavy cream

2 tsp butter

3 shallotts

Fresh ginger

Pepper & Salt

METHOD

Melt butter in pan.  Add in the scallops and saute for approx 2 mins or untill lightly brown. Remove scallops from the pan and place on plate.

Add ginger and shallots to the pan and stir fry 2 minutes.  Stir in cream and cook for 1 -2 mins until the sauce thickens.  Season with salt and pepper.

Place scallops on serving plates and pour sauce over.  Add a green salad
