Spaghetti Bolognese

INGREDIENTS
  • 126g Tomato Puree
  • 125g Diced tomatoes
  • 500g Beef Mince
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tsp Italian Herbs
  • 1 Tsp garlic
  • 1 Spaghetti Konjac Noodles
  • t Tbsp Parmesan cheese

METHOD

  1. Add the 500g Mince into a frying pan and cook until slightly brown. Add the Garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Italian Herbs and cook for 1 min.
  2. Pour in the tomato puree and diced tomatoes, simmering for 10 Mins
  3. In this time, take the konjac noodles and drain the water. Wash them slightly and place them inside a light cloth to completely drain the water out
  4. In a second frying pan, dry fry the noodles for about 2 mins. This will cook the noodles and remove the excess water.
  5. You can either serve with the noodles plain, or mix the noodles into the sauce. Top with parmesan chees. Enjoy!
