500 grams ground turkey
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp parsley
220 grams tomato sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp STEVIA equivalent 1/2 tsp each cinnamon, oregano, pepper, sage, thyme
1/4 tsp each clove, nutmeg
Brown ground turkey.
Remove from pan and add onions and garlic with a little oil. Cook until onions start to brown.
Return turkey to pan and add all other ingredients.
Mix well and simmer 5-10 min to blend flavours.
(May need to add a little water, or a little more tomato sauce).
