3 Tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 pack of taco seasoning mix
1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated (for serving)
1 cup sour cream

200g of shredded cheese

1. Brown mince in a pan

2. Add water and taco seasoning mix

3. To serve, wrap the desired amount of the taco meat in the lettuce leaves and top with cheese and sour cream.
