Coconut Berry Bites

5 grams of carbs per serve 

Makes: 12
1 cup desiccated coconut
½ Tbsp coconut oil - melted
½ Tbsp sweetener of choice – we used honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 scoop XLR8 ONE Protein Shake Vanilla
6 raspberries - cut in half
1. Blend desiccated coconut, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla
essence and XLR8 ONE in a food processor until smooth
2. Weigh about 10g of mix and shape into a circle
3. Place 1/2 a raspberry into the centre
4. Cover with a second circle and mould together to
close the seals
5. Roll through additional coconut
