     Mushroom & Bacon Cream Sauce

200 grams Mushrooms

3 rashes of Bacon

3 Spring Onions

200 grams Spinach

250 ml Cream

Pinch of pepper

Fry mushrooms, bacon and spring onion,

Add pepper 

Pour in cream and bring to the boil and then reduce over low heat

Add in spinach close to the end.

Pour over chicken, steak or any protein. I even add it to my salad some days.

I like to let it sit for awhile until the cream goes a little bit hard (the next day is always best)

Carbs Total 8.1 grams would get approx 4 serves so approx 2 grams per serves
