  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 3 -4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Natural Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt


  1. Melt 4 tbsp of butter and cocoa in mircowave, stirring well.
  2. Add in 3-4 tbsp of heavy cream and 3 tbsp of sweetener and stir.
  3. Then add the vanilla and salt and stir.
  4. This step is optional, but it gives the chocolate a good boost: crack some sea salt into the chocolate mold.
  5. Pour your chocolate batter into the chocolate mold over the cracked sea salt.
  6. Give it a shake to help the chocolate spread into the corners.
  7. Freeze for an hour and enjoy!
