20 Vegetables and the carb content

Here is a list of vegetables and the approx carb content in them - most are measured in 100 grams.   This will help you give you an idea when cooking the carb content when adding vegetables to your meals.  Remember to add the whole amount and then divide by how many serves each meal is - this will give you a rough indication of how many carbs each meal has.
