How much does shipping cost?

At XLR8, we offer $12.95 standard shipping across Australia with Australia Post and we also have express post shipping if you wish to choose at $16.95

When will my order be sent?

We expect all orders to be sent within three business days of order being placed.  If there are any delays we will email you immediately.  Express Shipping orders will be sent the next business day.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular Post takes a bit longer and delivery times can vary.  We will keep you updated with our tracking system.

Express Post - we cannot guarantee next day delivery but your products will leave the next day.

All items are sent from our Gold Coast head office in Arundel, QLD. We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours and aim to have items delivered to you asap from your order submission. 

We will contact you immediately of your order submission if any items are either out of stock or otherwise unavailable, to discuss alternative arrangements. 


If an order does not arrive within the expected time, please notify us at
