We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the same day if placed before 3pm (AEST).
We use a range of Postal Services including Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
Some Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast suburbs are eligible for delivery with our Same Day Courier! Please note this is not guaranteed. All orders for these suburbs that are placed before 10am each business day will be sent with Same Day Courier for delivery between 1-6pm the same day. Orders placed after 10am will be processed and collected the following business day for delivery between 1-6pm.
Please note that our Couriers can only deliver to physical addresses, orders addressed to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers will be automatically sent with Australia Post.
Express Post can be a NO SIGNATURE next business day delivery service.
If you have not received your items within 4 - 7 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post pr courier depot.
On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
Where's my confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org

Cancellation of orders must be notified to XLR8 Health immediately. To cancel an order please email us at email@example.com. Once goods are dispatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.
XLR8 Health will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, XLR8 Health will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.
Customer satisfaction and service is of great importance to us here at XLR8 Health. If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note re do charge a 10% restock fee for change of mind or cancellation of your order. If you received FREE shipping a $16.95 shipping fee is deducted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items are sent from our Brisbane head office. We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours and aim to have items delivered to you asap from your order submission.
We will contact you immediately of your order submission if any items are either out of stock or otherwise unavailable, to discuss alternative arrangements.

XLR8 Health will endeavour to track the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your goods are lost in transit, XLR8 Health will replace the item(s) and re-deliver at no cost to you. XLR8 Health reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, XLR8 Health will not be liable for the cost of replacing or resending the goods to the correct address.
XLR8 Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from non-deliveries.
Goods that are damaged in transit or upon delivery must be notified to XLR8 Health at email@example.com within 7 days on receipt of goods.
XLR8 Health will replace damaged goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. XLR8 Health however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the damage before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost.

Goods that are defective upon delivery must be notified to XLR8 Health at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days on receipt of goods. XLR8 Health will replace or repair defective goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. XLR8 Health however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the defect before agreeing to replace or repair the item and re-deliver at its cost.
If goods are found to be defective, return freight charges will be borne by XLR8 Health. XLR8 Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from defective goods.
