To prepare your Pavlova you will need:
- 1 large egg white (must be at room temperature)
- Baking Paper
- Electric hand beater
Preheat oven to 150°C
Carefully break an egg, and strain the egg white into a small clean bowl, taking care not to break the egg yolk.
Make: Using the electric beater and mix for approx. 1 - 2 minutes. If you turn the bowl upside down it should not move.
Empty contents of the pavlova mix into the bowl with the egg white and mix for 20 seconds. Make sure you tap the beaters to get all the mixture off.
Form: Spoon pavlova onto the baking paper into a circle or desired pavlova shape and pile it high than wide. Smooth sides and top of pavlova.
Cook: Place in the oven and turn oven back to 90°C for 30 minutes or until pavlova is dry to the touch. Turn oven off and leave for a further 15 minutes in the oven. Please note all ovens vary, so adjust cooking times to suit your oven.
Allow to cool down before adding cream.
Add your favourite toppings with cream and enjoy!

Delivery time
We use a range of Postal Services including Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post pr courier depot.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
Where's my confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from info@xlr8health.com.au
Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation of orders must be notified to XLR8 Health immediately. To cancel an order please email us at info@xlr8health.com.au. Once goods are dispatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
XLR8 Health will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, XLR8 Health will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.
RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction and service is of great importance to us here at XLR8 Health. If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to email us at info@xlr8health.com.au If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note re do charge a 10% restock fee for change of mind or cancellation of your order. If you received FREE shipping a $16.95 shipping fee is deducted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DELIVERY
All items are sent from our Brisbane head office. We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours and aim to have items delivered to you asap from your order submission.
We will contact you immediately of your order submission if any items are either out of stock or otherwise unavailable, to discuss alternative arrangements.
NON DELIVERIES
If an order does not arrive within the expected time, please notify us at info@xlr8health.com.au
XLR8 Health will endeavour to track the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your goods are lost in transit, XLR8 Health will replace the item(s) and re-deliver at no cost to you. XLR8 Health reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, XLR8 Health will not be liable for the cost of replacing or resending the goods to the correct address.

If goods are found to be defective, return freight charges will be borne by XLR8 Health.
